What happens to my current data?
We bring your customers, addresses, rates and history along. We take them from your current package or from exports and set them up in a test environment, so you can check everything is right before you go live.
How long does the switch take?
Weeks, not a year. Exactly how long depends on the number of modules and connections. We work in steps: the core first, then the connections, then the rest. Your operation simply keeps running in the meantime.
Do I have to replace my ERP or accounting package?
No. We connect to Exact Online, AFAS, AccountView, Multivers, Unit4, SnelStart, Yob and Minox, as well as on-board computers from AddSecure, FleetGO and Transics. Your administration stays where it is.
How long am I tied in?
Cancellable monthly. You pay for the modules you use, from 250 euro per month — hosting, updates and support included. We keep you with quality, not with a contract.
Who owns my data?
You do. You own everything you put into the system, we own the system itself. Your data goes nowhere unless you ask us to send it somewhere — to your accounting package, your customer or your supply chain partner.
Where does the system run?
On our own bare metal machines. No sublet cloud from a third party, no data quietly ending up somewhere else. We build the software ourselves and we run it ourselves, so we know exactly where everything is — with an uptime of 99.97%.
Who helps me when something does not work?
Our own people in the Netherlands, the same ones who build the software. No call centre, no ticket that goes to another party. When something breaks, the person who can fix it is on the other end of the line.

Everyone runs the same standard software — deliberately, because that way every customer benefits from every update. What makes your company different we capture in settings and rules. If something is genuinely missing, we build it and everyone gets it.
